Cultural Event at Dhemaji District Superintendent of Police Office
On the occasion of Sharadiya Durga Puja, with the aim of strengthening the relationship between the police and the public, the Dhemaji district police administration organized a special cultural event in the premises of the Dhemaji District Superintendent of Police's office. This special cultural event, held on Thursday, was inaugurated by Bhuban Pegu, the MLA of 80 No. Jonai Legislative Assembly Constituency.
In this cultural event, Jonai Police Station's Officer-in-Charge Deepak Saikia, along with many other officials, performed songs. It is hoped that such initiatives by the police personnel, who remain busy day and night ensuring the safety of the public far away from their families, will further strengthen the relationship between the police and the community.
